Issues happen to the best of us, to dwell on a misfortunate situation is not good business, how a company deals with the issues I think makes the biggest difference and how it makes them stand out above the rest. What have they structurally changed to ensure it wont happen again? They could have had redundant backup UPS - $40k cheap at the price. Are they getting one now? Doesn't look like it.
