Thanks for your reply, the backup system itself didn't fail, it was the batteries, which was stated in the statement that have been replaced and a separate bank is in order to setup on standby in parallel. 

Issues happen to the best of us, to dwell on a misfortunate situation is not good business, how a company deals with the issues I think makes the biggest difference and how it makes them stand out above the rest.

I apologize if this impacted you, it isn't easy to come up front with the facts when it can hurt our own image.</description>

What have they structurally changed to ensure it wont happen again?
They could have had redundant backup UPS - $40k cheap at the price. Are they getting one now?  Doesn't look like it.</description>
